- Andrea Kollo Added 2017-07-21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ridiculous customer service - sorely lacking in common sense or convenience. It seems that to register as POA (power of attorney) the individual for whom such a thing is necessary must attend. So that means, the elderly people who may have dementia, alzheimers or are physically unable to get out MUST ATTEND. IF they can't then it must be their lawyer. How stupid is that. A witnessed and notarized document isn't enough for these stupid people.
